All bets and wagers are placed via the Platform interface. Once a bet is confirmed by the system and a bet reference is issued, the bet is binding and cannot be reversed or amended by the User, except where kiu77 exercises its rights under Section 8.3 or 9.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kiu77 Platform. Breach of any of the following conditions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
